Appointment Confirmation

Once you choose your desired appointment time online, you must wait to get a confirmation text from 305 Glow. Choosing a time online does not guarantee the appointment. We have many factors that need to be taken into account since we are completely mobile. We try to get back to everyone within 1 - 2 hours. If you need to make an emergency appointment please send us a text for a quick response.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any notice given less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 1 hour will be charged full price. After one cancellation, you would need to prepay for each session.

Parking

Client is responsible for valet/parking charge if public parking is unavailable.

What area do you service?

We service a 10 mile radius within Levittown, NY. If you are outside of the coverage area we do charge an additional fee, depending on how far away you are. We waive the fee if it is a group spraytan session. You can text us to ask if you are unsure.

Time not available?

If you do not see a time slot available, send us a message or text and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

When should i get a spray tan?

It is always suggest to get a spray tan 2 days before your event. Remember it is rapid rinse not rapid development.

Order for Mani/Pedi/Wax etc

When scheduling all of your beauty services make sure to make your spray tan the last service. If you get a wax after a spray tan - guess what? The spray tan will come off along with all of the hairs. Mani/Pedi? The lotions and scrubs will strip off the tan, etc etc. Please make sure your spraytan appointment is the last service you receive.

Should I use an overnight or a rapid solution?

It's completely up to you, and how much time you have. Overnight you would need to keep it on for a minimum of 8 hours. Rapid you are able to do your initial rinse after 2-5 hours. The longer you wait to rinse, the darker the color. I do not suggest to leave the rapid solution on past 6 hours due to over processing.

Do you only have one color?

Nope! We have several different shades from different companies. We color match each customer with different solutions to be able to reach the desired look. We do not believe one size fits all around here.

Do you have a solution with no bronzer?

Actually, we do! We carry a clear solution which has no added cosmetic bronzer. You would need to request it prior to your appointment. The solution goes on completely clear and won’t transfer.

How can i shop your retail items?

You can buy them during your spray tan appointment.

How to get your best glow

Pre - Spray Tan

Post - Spray Tan

Day before appointment: Exfoliate, shave, and shower with liquid soap. (avoid dove and any type of oily scrub)
Your skin should be clean and dry with no soap residue to interfere with your tan.
Do not apply perfume, lotion, or deodorant prior to tanning.

Avoid wearing tight clothing and shoes such as boots, socks or tights, which may rub off some of the spray tan and cause uneven results. Wear dark, loose-fitting clothes and sandals to your spray tan appointment.

Post - Spray Tan

Rapid Tan rinse off time depends on your skin type, and your desired level of darkness. Leaving it on for longer will result in a deeper, richer tan. Recommended 4 hours minimum.
